What to bring to the Drop Off Registration:
1. One copy of the Kaneohe Player Information Form (found on Home page Important documents or bottom
of this Registration Info page under Links & in the confirmation page once registered).

Spring/Winter Registration for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 19U Divisions
(ONLY For Fall 2023 players who were selected to play on Select Traveling Teams) THIS IS NOT AN OPEN PROGRAM).
- Extended Season Registration for 6U and 8U Divisions playing January - February 2024
- 6U Extended Online Registration is ongoing until December 15th. After that date, players will be Waitlisted and placed on a team if a spot opens up.
- 8U Extended Online Registration has a limited number of spots available. Once filled, all players will go on the Waitlist. If a spot opens up on a team, then the player will be placed on a team.
- Registration for 4U and 5U Division Please Register under Fall Core 2023 Program)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your registration IS NOT COMPLETE until you attend the Drop Off registration event (mailed in) and submit a signed hard copy of your child's registration and concussion forms and check in at our uniform station to be fitted for a uniform.
WE WILL LAPTOPS or PRINTERS available for registering your child at our Form Drop Off Site. There maybe a wait to use these services. Forms ideally must be completed before coming to our Drop Off Site.
