~~~ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2026 REGISTRATION ~~~
Division Birth Years HAVE CHANGED. Beginning with the 2026/2027 season AYSO and other
youth soccer organizations are changing to a more school year like age division system. Some players
may repeat their division for another year. Please check new birth years in division chart below.

~~ FAMILY DISCOUNT AVAILABLE ~~
A $10 discount will automatically be applied for each additional player after the first one.
All players must be registered under the same account.

HOW TO REGISTER: (Must be completed ONLINE only)
- Registration application & payment needs to be completed ONLINE by clicking on either the
"Register Now" = for New Users OR "Login" = for Returning Players button

- Be sure to register for the FALL CORE 2026 Program ONLY.
- After completing online application & payment, you will receive confirmation email with Registration Forms attached. Fill out the attached Forms (in your Confirmation email) and bring to one of the Form Drop Off dates listed below to complete your child’s registration.
- Your online portion of registration for Fall 2026 is now complete.

4U Players Receive: Uniform (Tee Shirt) • Basic Photo Package • Supplemental Accident Insurance

*Registration fee does not include the annual National Player Fee of $25.00 and a $3.50 transaction fee

PLAYERS REGISTERING AFTER APRIL 26TH
WILL BE WAITLISTED.
**Registrations after May 31, 2026 will incur a $10 Handling fee (6U-19U) in addition to the fees listed above.

NO CASH or CHECKS will be accepted at any of our Walk-In Form Drop Registrations.
What to BRING TO THE REGISTRATION FORM DROP (See dates below)
1. One copy of your signed Registration and Concussion forms (attached in your confirmation email after completing payment)
Please be sure to initial in the areas required and that you and your child go over the Concussion Handout carefully before
signing the document.
2. If your child is new to Kaneohe AYSO or did not participate in the Fall 2025 season, please provide a copy of proof of age document.
(birth certificate, passport, or any government issued document) or you may upload ONLINE to the player profile.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your registration is not complete until you attend one of our Form Drop Registration dates (listed below)
and check in at our uniform station to be fitted for a uniform.
We will have a limited amount of laptops and printers for use to assist in registering your child.
There may be a wait to use the computers. Copies of the registration drop forms will also be available.

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND?
Our Refund Policy*
For players that need to withdraw from the program, a parent or guardian must notify the Registrar in writing via email ([email protected]) that the player wishes to withdraw. If a refund is desired, the following dates listed below must be adhered to:
A Refund Request Form must be completed and submitted to the Registrar in order to process the refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for a refund to be processed.
6U to 19U Fall Season (August to November)
On or before May 31 - Full refund*
From June 1 to July 31 - Partial refund of $15
On or after August 1 - No refund
4U and 5U Season (January to February)
On or before November 30 - Full refund*
From December 1 to December 31 - Partial refund of $15
On or after January 1 - No refund
*The refund does NOT include the non-refundable AYSO National Player Fee ($25.00) and the Sports Connect transaction fee ($3.50) which is not reimbursable.
